One of my boxes was shipped right as the Canada Post strike was happening. The customer support team was very communicative throughout the process. They let me know what was happening and gave me constant updates. As soon as the strike was over, they contacted me again to let me know that my parcel was starting to move again and they promised they would track the parcel personally until it reached me.
