Fantastic and responsive customer service

I’ve loved all 6 boxes that I’ve received! I made sure I got the full 6 box set because I didn’t want to miss out on anything. After Box 4, I got a notification that my payment method was declined (I forgot that my credit card had expired) so I panicked and messaged Mrs At Last through the chat function. Christine (she’s awesome!) messaged me back right away, took my new payment method and triggered my next box. I was so worried that I was going to stop getting my surprises every month! She took care of everything right away and put my mind at ease.

Love all 4 boxes

Finally sat down to write a review after getting all 4 boxes. I am loving all these items and it's been a great way for me to destress. Note for all the Canadian brides - your shipment might get stuck at Canadian Customs, the way mine did. I eventually got it though, but keep this in mind.

Surprise Treat
