Very responsive customer service

My credit card got frauded so I had to change my payment method quickly. Emailed customer support and they updated it right away. Thought it was going to delay my delivery, but it didn't! Love all the items in my first box!

Customer service was so accommodating!

I just moved to a new state and I put my old state by accident with the new address. Emailed customer service and they fixed it right away even though it was on the way to USPS. Got my first box, no problem. Really love the surprise and how beautiful the whole package and items are!

Did not disappoint

Each box has a theme that comes in order for the wedding, so the first box was engagement, second box was planning etc. But there were fun names to go along with it too. And the items matched the theme exactly, not random stuff.
